Return Policy

Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging when applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items, items damaged by misuse, and items returned after the return period may not be eligible for return. Plants and living materials are subject to specific return conditions due to their nature.

Service Cancellations

Service agreements may be cancelled according to the terms specified in individual service contracts. Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be clearly communicated at the time of agreement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
